A Tahoe Tour
Tahoe Pines is a low density neighborhood located AT LAKE LEVEL with EASY ACCESS to a quiet neighborhood beach, endless trails in Blackwood Canyon, the West Shore Bike Path, and a handy bus stop (Tahoe Area Rapid Transit to Incline Village NV, Tahoe Trolly to South Lake Tahoe via Emerald Bay, Homewood Ski Shuttle call-n-ride, Alpine Meadows Ski Shuttle from Sunnyside to Sherwood Chair on the Back-side of Alpine Meadows).
Strolling down to the BEACH lined with charming Old Tahoe summer cabins and classic Lakefront Lodges is a treat savored by all, including our 4 legged friends. Our beach is secluded, spacious, serene and clean. The private HOA deep water PIER provides swim ladders, catwalks, and tons of fun for all.
For those who enjoy riding bicycles, Barker Pass Road is just around the bend from Tahoe Pines off W Lake Blvd. This initially level road winds through woods, meadows, and over Blackwood Creek, then offers up one of the best practically car-free climb & downhill rides in the Tahoe Basin. It is an 8 mile beautifully paved road all the way up to Barker Peak!
Nature-walk enthusiasts will delight in the beautifully varied terrain available from the back of Tahoe Pines. Fairly flat the entire way (~2 mile loop) takes you through meadows, Aspen Groves, and passes many access points to Blackwood Creek for a cool dip (woof!).
